It is important to BSA members, as responsible employers, that staff are provided with an adequate pension scheme. We take an active interest in the design and management of occupational pensions in both the public and private sectors.

The BSA has made numerous representations on creating public sector schemes that are both fair and affordable. We are now seeing significant reforms.
