The report, commissioned by the BSA and produced by Oxford Economics, shows the huge contribution made by the outsourcing sector to the UK economy on a range of fronts. Often the debate around our industry is influenced by the lack of good data and a clear definition. In this report we attempt to address both issues. The report is part of our continuing drive to build up the knowledge base in the hope that we can help inform constructive debates about a sector of great importance to the UK economy.
