BSA responds to consultation on Transforming Rehabilitation
5 March 2013The BSA has responded to the Government’s recent consultation on reducing reoffending.
The BSA supported the Government’s commitment to using competition between public, private and voluntary sectors in order to increase innovation and get best value for the taxpayer.
In the submission, the BSA suggested a number of ways in which the payment by results system proposed in the Consultation might be improved to make it more sustainable over the longer term.
